Subject: [PATCH] run_welcome: drop unicode hack

The `umpkeys | loadkeys --unicode` recently triggers the following
error message during bootup:

| adding map 3 violates explicit keymap line

AFAICS this old hack is no longer needed, so let's try
without it.
