Drop deprecated Conflicts and Replaces on grml-etc + grml-saveconfig

grml-etc 0.4-7 dates back to 2006-10-18, and grml-saveconfig
to 2012-07-02 (and isn't present in any of our repositories anymore).
Time to get rid of those historic artifacts :)
