Remove empty shell-based test suite Since commit a8eeda3e2d78607046e63866197995fc5ea4bd14 this seems obsolete.
d/rules: remove dh_make template header
debian/rules: support nocheck in DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS Spotted by lintian (see tag override_dh_auto_test-does-not-check-DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS)
Make it more friendly to install on non-Debian distributions * make DOCBOOK_XML=... supports providing a custom docbook.xsl instead of the default (/usr/share/xml/docbook/stylesheet/nwalsh/manpages/docbook.xsl) * provide install target via Makefile, supporting $DESTDIR * minimize debian/rules This should allow installation of grml-debootstrap on e.g. Fedora + Gentoo. Thanks: Sebastian Pipping <sebastian@pipping.org> for feature request Fixes #57 @ github
Provide 'make shellcheck' for syntax checks, enable during package build While at it drop the deprecated 'make online' target.
Install bootgrub.mksh 0755 This solves lintian W: script-not-executable, and I don't see why we shouldn't install bootgrub.mksh +x.
Fix lintian warning debian-rules-missing-recommended-target
Support --vmfile and --vmsize command line options for deploying a virtual machine. Using the --vmfile option sets up a virtual machine instead of deploying Debian to a block device or directory. The --vmsize option configures the size of the virtual disk file that's being deployed. Thanks to Thorsten Glaser for help with installing Grub accordingly.

* Added basic zsh-completion (thanks, ft!), but do not install it yet. We have to adjust $fpath in grml-etc-core first.
