Report CONFFILES usage in config overview

CONFFILES defaults to /etc/debootstrap, but especially if
something else gets used (e.g. with packer runs and
GRML_DEBOOTSTRAP_VERSION=local) this should be clearly visible on
the execution screen.
grml-debootstrap diff | blob | history
wrapper around debootstrap
