Drop deprecated init scripts

Those are crude hacks and no longer relevant nor supported as such, so
drop them:

* /etc/init.d/firewall
* /etc/init.d/grml-home
* /etc/init.d/grml-misc
* /etc/init.d/grml-reboot
* /etc/init.d/ssh
etc/init.d/firewall [deleted file] blob | history
etc/init.d/grml-home [deleted file] blob | history
etc/init.d/grml-misc [deleted file] blob | history
etc/init.d/grml-reboot [deleted file] blob | history
etc/init.d/ssh [deleted file] blob | history
etcetera files for the Grml system
