Remove deprecated IPython config.

The IPython config system changed with 0.11 and is
not compatible with the old config.
etc/skel/.ipython/ipy_user_conf.py [deleted file] blob | history
etc/skel/.ipython/ipythonrc [deleted file] blob | history
etcetera files for the Grml system
