SW: drop slurm from GRML_FULL

slurm got removed from Debian/testing on 2021-10-08 due to
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=993874.

Given that this prevents builds of grml-testing in our daily
ISOs, let's remove the package, at least for now.
