Use isohybrid as default HYBRID_METHOD

Manifold worked fine but it doesn't support UEFI while
recent versions of isohybrid support the --uefi option.
So lets use isohybrid as default.

While at it fix a logic bomb if $HYBRID_METHOD is set to grub2.
