SW: add dnsutils to GRML_FULL

It adds only ~1MB of additional disk space to GRML_FULL, since we have
all the relevant dependencies (except for libirs161) onboard already.

We ship ldnsutils (note the leading *l* in the package name) on
GRML_SMALL, since there we don't have libbind* & CO.
