SW: drop facter, mcollective + puppet from GRML_FULL

facter, hiera + puppet and their dependencies require ~32MB of disk
space, and mcollective plus its dependencies require 1,084 kB of disk
space. We try to reduce the ISO size and it feels like puppet doesn't
necessarily need to be present by default.
