update templates/boot/grub/ to grub version 1.98+20100617-1, extend grub.cfg, update scripts/create-grub-dir.sh

scripts/create-grub-dir.sh needs to be adjusted for current
grub version because grub-mkimage is in another package
and requires a new option (--format).

grub.cfg now insmods part_gpt and part_msdos by default, otherwise
accessing partitions using "set root (hd0,..." isn't possible.
Also added support for ${kernelopts}, suggested by Alexander 'Leo'

This allows using $EXIT_ON_MISSING_PACKAGES with GRMLBASE
but without have to use any of the GRML_* classes if building
a Debian/lenny based system. As iw/diffutils are missing on
lenny this would conflict $EXIT_ON_MISSING_PACKAGES as soon
as you've to use GRMLBASE.

Rename /etc/grml/fai/files to /etc/grml/fai/config/files and move /etc/grml/fai/live-initramfs to /etc/grml/fai/config.

Moving files to FAI's config space allows us to use a much cleaner
interface and configuration through FAI's fcopy command.

Provide buildd as separate Debian package buildd, use nail instead of mutt in buildd for sending mails.

Recent Mutt versions introduced an annoying cmdline behaviour change
in a patch version upgrade (1.5.x->1.5.y) which breaks sending mails
from the cmdline when you've to add several attachments at once
and want to stay backward and forward compatible.

Therefore get rid of mutt and use nail for sending mails instead.
