scripts/release_helper.sh: manually build debian/changelog during autobuilds, improve branch handling

The rebasing of the autobuild tree against master can be annoying.
Therefore create a temporary branch that's been thrown away after
building was successfull.

Thanks to Axel Beckert <abe@deuxchevaux.org> and his script
http://repo.or.cz/w/conkeror.git/blob/HEAD:/contrib/debian/nightlybuild.sh
for some inspiration regarding building debian/changelog.

Depend on squashfs-tools (>= 1:4.2-1~grml00).

Update for kernel 2.6.38-grml[64], featuring LZMA/XZ support - requiring squashfs-tools >=4.2-1.

buildd: show sha1sum files instead of md5

buildd: squeeze has been promoted to stable, adapt texts

Assume 'squeeze' as default SUITE.

scripts/release_helper.sh: support autobuild infrastructure through AUTOBUILD

Setting the AUTOBUILD environment variable provides support for
auto-building the git tree (using directory ../grml-live.build-area).
This is WIP currently but should us bring towards better workflow
regarding git <-> daily builds.

Update templates/GRML/grml-cheatcodes.txt to reflect recent development.

* Recommend persistent=nofiles instead of persistent without arguments.
* Clarify debs and scripts bootoption.
* Drop kernel bootoptions from main bootoptions (grml2ram, debug) -
  it's confusing if they are listed under the bootoptions that can
  be used in the graphical boot menu, whereas the kernel bootoptions
  are meant for isolinux prompt only.

templates/boot: Use persistent=nofiles as default, as this causes less problems by default.

templates/boot: set nodmraid and grml2hd accordingly, make sure "No KMS" and "nofb" are consistent accross bootloaders.

isolinux/grml.cfg: disable KMS in "Disable Framebuffer" boot menu entry.

isolinux/grml.cfg: use vga=791 by default for "disabled KMS" boot menu entry.

hooks/{instsoft,updatebase}.GRMLBASE: be more careful about BUILD_ONLY environment.

If BUILD_ONLY is available in the environment then we do not want
to update any packages but just build the ISO.  The script
instsoft.GRMLBASE is being executed *after* updatebase.GRMLBASE
and we run "skiptask instsoft" from updatebase.GRMLBASE. But this
might fail if the script exists too early due to errors.

This commit adds some further checks and also checks for
BUILD_ONLY inside instsoft.GRMLBASE.
