Those are crude hacks and no longer relevant nor supported as such, so
drop them:

* /etc/init.d/firewall
* /etc/init.d/grml-home
* /etc/init.d/grml-misc
* /etc/init.d/grml-reboot
* /etc/init.d/ssh
