Update /etc/runlevel.conf.livecd (enable only relevant scripts, drop the rest), drop /etc/runlevel.conf.livecd.small

Drop all lines for services that aren't relevant for booting the live system.
Drop /etc/runlevel.conf.livecd.small completely, we can use /etc/runlevel.conf.livecd
nowadays without any modifications.
