Initial working version

What works so far:

* /grml/git/grml2usb/grml2usb.py --mbr /path/to/grml.iso /dev/sdc1
* copying files
* installing MBR
* installing syslinux
grml2usb.8.txt diff | blob | history
grml2usb.py diff | blob | history
install Grml system to usb device
