SW: add zstd to GRML_SMALL

Nowadays zstd is used as default compression utility for initramfs by
Debian, so let's make sure to have it available.

We already ship zstd since 2019 with GRML_FULL (see commit 2dc56cc10f),
now let's make sure to also have it available on grml-small.
