    /initrd and free up the memory used by d-i
  * Use /dev/ram1 rather than /dev/ram0 for the COW stuff, since /dev/ram0

  * Organize casper-udeb.postinst into shell functions
  * Add a progress bar
  * Add a debian/compat file (version 4)
