Drop deprecated URL for introduction from BYU

https://docs.cs.byu.edu/ is still around, though
http://docs.cs.byu.edu/linux/advanced/zsh.html no longer exists
since around 2011 (see
http://web.archive.org/web/20110718200750/http://docs.cs.byu.edu/linux/advanced/zsh.html).
